Dr Lollie Mancey
Dr. Lollie Mancey is an internationally recognised anthropologist and futurist who helps organisations make sense of the cultural and technological shifts shaping our world. With a PhD in Organisational Learning from Trinity College Dublin, she is Programme Director at UCD’s Innovation Academy, where she equips the next generation of innovators with the tools to thrive in an AI-driven future.
Beyond academia, Lollie is co-presenter of RTÉ’s science series Futureville, where she explores how technology is transforming Irish society, and she is a sought-after keynote speaker on AI ethics, innovation, and the future of work. She works with global organisations, from Mastercard to Salesforce, and has recently collaborated with NASA on ecosystemic futures.
Known for her ability to cut through hype and explain complex ideas in clear, human terms, Lollie challenges leaders to think critically, act ethically, and design futures that enable human flourishing.
